Refund policy

If Otto isn't right for you, I'll refund it: 30 days, full refund, no questions.

How

Email jalenedusei@gmail.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of your purchase. I refund through Polar, usually within 2 business days. Your bank can take 5 to 10 more days to show it.

What happens to the license

A refund turns the license off. The app confirms it over two checks, usually within 2 days, and then asks for a license before it sends messages. Your settings, history and files stay on your Mac, and the source build stays free.

Chargebacks

Polar can refund an order on its own, at its discretion, within 60 days of purchase to prevent a chargeback. That refund can turn the license off too.
